It can be used in the adhesion of automobile or motorcycle's drum disk in pasting or rolling method.

Using craft:

1. Pretreatment: horseshoe viscous interface should get rid of oil and water. Interface of Friction Plate should be rubbed and scraped, and cleaned with ethanol to ensure that there are no water, oil and rust in adhered interfaces.

2. Gelatinizing: gelatinizing twice in interfaces. Please air-cure them about thirty minutes (or without sticking hands) when daubing every time in room temperature (25°C). Please warm-up 20 minutes in the temperature 85°C, and fold and press when heating and the pressure should be 0.8-1.2Mpa.

3. Solidifying and relieving pressure: solidifying time: the temperature of workpieces after solidifying reaches room temperature, and they can relieve pressure when the temperature in the furnace is about 180°C/45 minutes.

4. Packing, storage and transportation: packing in 25kg plastic drum in cool and dark conditions (25°C or less).

Shelf period is 6 months since manufacturing date.
